Katie is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Prana Flow Yoga teacher since 2010.
Her real journey learning about health and wellness started when she was a teenager, and her mom was diagnosed with MS. She learned how the power with which we nurture ourselves through food, lifestyle, and mindset can have profound effects on how we show up in the world.
